Position - training

The position for training the core abdominal muscles is slightly different:
 
  • Sit upright on the BeatBelly
  • Shift the buttocks slightly forward on the stool
  • Pull the navel in and round the back

 

You are sitting incorrectly if: 

  • The back is straight or arched
  • The buttocks are against the backrest

 

If you exercise with an incorrect posture, the lower back and coccyx will be burdened and therefore, you are at risk of experiencing pain in the lower back or buttocks.
